Who you'll work with

Our Team

Barndos Direct is a build company run by builders. Between the shop and the field there's a century of hands-on construction here — framing, roofing, remodeling, project management — and one architect's bench drawing every plan we put in the ground.

Bobby is the Co-Founder and Owner at Barndos Direct, where he leads the creative build process and serves as a subject matter expert with over 20 years of hands-on build experience in the home, barn, porch, and garage spaces.

Starting his career alongside his father remodeling homes as a young man, he later worked in roofing and barn construction, gaining experience in a variety of roles until becoming a General Foreman. In 2015 he started working independently and in 2016 launched his first company, Gammons Construction — a step that paved the way for modern day Barndos Direct.

As an Owner who wants to be involved in every facet of the customer experience, Bobby believes in creating more than structures — he creates homes with purpose, simplifying the process on every build. At the heart of his work is a commitment to quality, transparency, and service. Barndos Direct is a "kingdom company" built to serve people with excellence, while honoring God in every word and action.

When he's not onsite or mentoring his team, Bobby enjoys playing ping-pong and pickleball, helping run the Jamestown Youth Center, and spending time at his little farm with his wife, two boys, horses, cows, chickens, and dogs.
