Real-Estate Partner

Most builds start with a question we're not licensed to answer: where. Nicole handles that side — finding the homesite, or selling what you're in now so the timing lines up with breaking ground.

As a sales and client-relations specialist Nicole often handles a customer's very first enquiry with us — the guidance through those earliest stages, before there's a plan or a price.

A member of the East Tennessee Realtors Association, Nicole has assisted numerous families and retirees with out-of-state moves and relocations within Tennessee. Before real estate she owned and operated Windy River Ranch, specializing in beef, goat and hay sales, and served as Vice President of American Investment Solutions, which owned and managed more than 84 rental units across multiple states. She also brings experience in sales and account management from the cosmetics industry, and studied business marketing at California State University, Sacramento.

Nicole, her husband and their four children call Fentress County home. After relocating from California they were warmly welcomed by the local community, and Nicole has become deeply involved — head coach of the wrestling team at Alvin C. York Agricultural Institute, and leader of her church's youth program for teenage girls. Guiding young people, and instilling discipline and direction in her athletes and her children, remains one of her greatest joys.

Find the ground

Slope, access, septic, utilities and setbacks all shape what can be built and what it costs. Better to know before you fall in love with a floor plan.

02

Time the sale

If you're selling to build, the two have to line up. Nicole works that timing so you're not carrying two properties — or none.

03

Hand off to the build

Once the land is yours, we pick it up: design consult, blueprints, then the build. Same team, one conversation.

Still looking for land?

Tell us roughly where you want to be and what you're building. Nicole will take it from there — and if you're moving from out of state, that's the move she's made herself.
