The Barndos Direct Cash Build Advantage
Own the land, have the funds, skip the bank — concrete start to keys in hand in six months.
And we build the whole schedule around it
From concrete start to keys in hand, six months. One builder, one schedule, one clear path to your new home.
When the funds are already available, we can focus on what actually matters — building your home.
What paying cash takes off your schedule
Cash to Keys terms. The 6-month timeline applies to qualifying Cash to Keys projects and is measured from Concrete Start to Keys in Hand. Customer changes, weather, permitting, utilities, unforeseen site conditions, material or supplier delays, trade delays outside Barndos Direct’s reasonable control, and other stated project conditions may extend the timeline. Preconstruction and blueprint design are not included in the six-month construction period.
One team. One clear path.
Each step is also what qualifies a build for the program. If the first two describe you, the last two are ours to deliver.
Or be buying it. Everything starts with the site — it shapes the plan, the foundation and the budget.
This is the one that qualifies a build. Funds already available are what remove the lender from your schedule — and the schedule is what we build around.
$0.75 per square foot. Floor plans, elevations, electrical and plumbing, with three rounds of edits. Typical turnaround three weeks.
One builder and one schedule, concrete start through to keys in your hand. Six months.
Who this is for
The six-month timeline depends on there being no lender in the schedule. That is the whole mechanism, so the program is open to customers who own their land, or are buying it, and who have the funds available to build.
Financing your build instead? That is completely fine — Barndos Direct still designs and builds it, just outside this program and on a normal construction timeline. Tell us either way and we’ll give you a straight answer about which one fits.

Six questions is all we need to tell you whether your build qualifies. Anything else you want to share is optional — the rest of it we can talk through properly.
