The questions we get on almost every first call — timelines, what's in a shell build versus turn-key, how we frame, and what it runs per square foot. If yours isn't here, call us.
Typically we can begin a project within 4 to 6 weeks. A full shell build normally takes 2 to 4 months, and a full turn-key build takes 8 to 12 months.
It starts with a Zoom meeting where we work with our architect to create custom plans for your project. From there you purchase the blueprints, sign the quote, and make a 20% down payment.
We offer both stick frame and post frame builds, but we prefer stick frame construction. Our stick frame homes feature 2x6 exterior and wet walls, and 2x4 interior walls.
A shell build includes a monolithic concrete slab, all framing (including framing interior walls), siding, roofing, and exterior doors and windows.
Shell builds are quoted per project. Send us your plan and your land and we'll price it properly.
A turn-key build covers everything from start to finish: obtaining permits, installing the septic system, drywall, flooring, insulation, cabinets, paint, and more.
Turn-key builds are quoted per project, since the finish schedule drives most of the cost.
We don't publish a per-square-foot figure, because a number that ignores your site, your finishes and current material costs isn't one you can budget against. Tell us about your land and the plan you're drawn to and we'll put a real number in front of you.
We collaborate closely with your plumber. Once we've prepped the pad and dug the footers, we coordinate with your chosen plumber to install everything.
We cover Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Florida and Texas.
Our siding and roofing comes standard with 29 gauge corrugated metal. You can upgrade to 26 gauge alternatives, or to cypress posts.
