A: Typically, we can begin a project within 6 to 8 weeks.
Q: How does your process work?
A: Our process starts with a Zoom meeting where we work with our architect to create custom plans for your project. Afterward, you’ll purchase the blueprints, sign the quote, and make a 20% down payment. (Let us know when you’d like us to begin!)
Q: How do you build?
A: We offer both stick frame and post frame builds, but we prefer stick frame construction. Our stick frame homes feature 2x6 exterior and wet walls, and 2x4 interior walls.
Q: What’s included in a shell build?
A: A shell build includes a monolithic concrete slab, all framing (including interior walls), siding, roofing, as well as exterior doors and windows. Any optional upgrades will be included in your quote.
Q: What’s included in your turn-key builds?
A: A turn-key build covers everything from start to finish, including clearing the land, obtaining permits, installing the septic system, drywall, flooring, insulation, plumbing, electrical, cabinets, paint, and more.
Q: How do you handle plumbing for a shell build?
A: We collaborate closely with your plumber. Once we’ve prepped the pad and dug the footers, we’ll coordinate with the plumber to install everything.
Q: What is the average square footage cost for a shell and turn-key build?
A: On average, our shell builds cost around $60 per square foot, while turn-key builds range from $150 to $175 per square foot. Prices may vary depending on upgrades and specific requirements.

Q: What materials come standard on a build?
Our siding and roofing comes standard with a 29 gauge corrugated metal. You will have the option to upgrade to a 26 gauge board and batten metal for siding, or 26 gauge standing seam roofing. Decks and posts come standard with 6x6 pressure treated posts, with option to upgrade to 8x8 rough cut cypress.
